There in lays the problem. Jack is cute, but he ain't gentle (just put your finger in his mouth and you'll get the idea). Dr. Mommy and Mr. Daddy try to teach 'touch' and 'pet' versus 'grab and pull' but there is only so much you can do. To Eddie's credit, he took Jack's harassing (there is no other way to put it) in stride. To Eddie's fault, he couldn't stay away either.
So in the end, a confrontation needed to occur and today, it finally did. Eddie snapped at Jack and left him with a little scratch. Lesson learned? Oh heck NO! Jack is even more determined to capture and hold this 'thing.' Hold the tail, the ear, the whole freakn' animal! So at this point, Dr. Mommy and I are having to be even more vigilant in managing the 'meetings' and when required, haul Eddie away and put him in a time out (not through any fault of his, really this is Jack driven) behind the baby gates. But over time, we expect them to get along and repair relations. Till then we'll keep you all updated.

Allyson has been around Fuzz Ball for 1 1/2 years and she is still learning "if you pet nicely, kitty won't bite you"
