Hockey, part duex & three

So after what was a tough start week 1, Jackson was back and at least attempted to show some interest. He chose to 'shake it up' and swap out jerseys (seriously, not Mr. Daddy's influence but we did like being able to pick him out from the other 2 dozen Hawks jerseys).
Jack got in line with the other kids....
And then promptly sat on the ice. No walker this time.
In spite of a few visits by teachers, we didn't progress very far. But, that said, he stayed on the ice the whole 25 minutes and did not cry which we viewed as a significant improvement.
So by week 3, Jack had found a favorite teacher.
And with the prospect of a Wendy's frosty, he really gave it a better shot this time. A huge positive, he fell and got up all by himself!
But after a lot of work (and no crying), Jack made it to the red line...
So week 4 will have Unky Matt in town to share in the experience. We'll try to update you all quicker in terms of how he is progressing.

More fun with Costco boxes

So previously, they came in great for garages for cars/trucks, as a condo for Eddie, and as a new bed for Jack. Clearly they've served all their useful purposes right? Wrong. Jack's mind goes into over drive and comes up with new ideas.
Why not fill it up, get in and sit and watch TV?
Finally, they work really well as a dress.
And spin...

Fall Comes

The leaves are falling and they are ALL OVER our yard. What says WHEEEEE like leaves?
And then there is the pile. Oh the pile!
In the end, Jack was actually very helpful.
