Monday's at the gym are still rolling. We were worried as the time runs right into Jack's bed time. But he seems to handle it OK. Of course, Jack's motivations are a tad unclear. Could it be the swings?

Anyone who has spent time with Jack in the last few months knows that trains have become an obsession for him. Thomas the Train, Larry the L, Metra Mike, or Frank the Freight Train. Of course in town, they are all there and every time we go past the tracks, he wants to see a train. So in a feeble attempt to placate him, Mr. Daddy took Jack into the office on Christmas Eve. Not only was it a half day of work, but Mr. Daddy had to his the doctor before hand. Even though she is Mr. Daddy's doctor, she still had 'treats' for Jack.

And then it was off to the train.

Even though cabin fever is rampant in the house, the fact all the snow is melted does bum Jack out. One of Jack's favorite activities was making a HUGE snow man.

Jack and Mr Daddy's New Monday Night Activity

This semester, Dr. Mommy's schedule changed such that she is teaching on Thursday (and Tuesday) mornings. Given Mema and Papa are near by, Jack's M/W/F daycare wasn't a problem, but what was is that My Gym was usually Thursday morning. So what started as an experiment to use out our last 4 sessions has turned into a new routine.

There's lots to do. Balls, balance beams, and much more. Of course the worst is when there is a traffic jam in the tube!

Nothing like a little jumping to take care of cabin fever.

Mema and Mama say that the trampoline is Jack's favorite activity. Mr. Daddy thinks they are crazy as Jack LOVES the swing.
