Play Dates Galore

Jack has had a couple friends over in the last few weeks. First up, Jack's old school friend Declan. Of course he was very impressed by the overly large Lighting McQueen in the front living room. Declan has 3 McQueen's. Jack does too, although his 3rd is his largest.
After that, it was off to see the Thomas track Unky Tim gave Jack.
From a distance, Eddie was interested.
Then, Leo came over.
Of course, as with Declan, its always important to start...and stop...with Thomas.

The Mind of a Three Year Old

Friday's, Mr. Daddy picks Jack up from day care. This last Friday, I arrived to see the end of a 1.5 hour project to complete a gigantic toy.
Nobody should be surprised at the multi tasking capabilities of the toy. Its a 'beewer' for bad buys. Beew, Beew, Beew...
And if he puts a special lever on the back end, it helps Mr. Daddy shower....

Jack's Hats...Continued

As we've disclosed before, Jack loves Hats. Real hats, fake hats. You name it. From your standard ball cap....
To something more exotic...
Jack especially loves making other people wear something different. See napkin as a hat.
Here's Dr. Mommy does storage as a hat.
And of course, Jack's favorite 'Thomas the Tank Engine becomes a Space Helmet."

Jack's Art Show

Jack has really gotten into using the fridge to show of pictures and random junk mail inserts. Here he is getting into his 'depressed artist' mind frame.
Then...GAME ON!

Blizzard of 2011

You may have heard. We got a 'little' snow the other week. In someways, the snow left
haves and have nots. Downtown? Spotless, sans some piles.

The People's Democratic Republic? Apparently its where buses went to die (there pictures
are all within 10 feet of each other).

And our house? Since a few years ago, Dr. Mommy nixed a snow blower, it took a few days
to un-dig ourselves.
In the meantime, Jack and Mr. Daddy played a little. High mounds...
Deep channels...

We climbed on some big piles.

We built a snow dinosaur.

At one point, the game was similar to what you'd do at the beach: burry Jack. Good times!

Jack's First Disney on Ice

Mr. Daddy got invited to a 'business function' where the lead guests were Woody and Buzz Lightyear. Why Jack would have never forgiven his Dad if he hadn't gotten to tag along! So after some bribing at hockey practice to skate well (ie not lay on the ice)...
Right. As I said, not laying on the ice.
Jack started asking a million questions: were did they sleep, what would they do, would they be scary? Eventually, we got past the questions and to the arena.
In the end, all Jack's questions were answered, except he still want to understand 'the Claw'. To be continued...

Jack Hits the Bar for the Super Bowl

Who else would Jack hang out with to watch the Super Bowl? Why Mr. Rusty and Miss Jennifer of course! Jack had a good time (this picture is not taken side ways).
And of course, R&J had a good time too.
All good except the outcome...
